Do you have free internet in the hotel?
Through the Link@Sheraton experienced with Microsoft®, guests may browse the Internet, watch a game with friends, borrow a magazine or newspaper, or have a cup of coffee at Starbucks®. With the Link@Sheraton, Sheraton redefines the lobby experience, allowing guests to seamlessly transition into working remotely, catching up with family, or keeping up with current events.      

We offer wireless and wired internet for a fee in guest rooms. Guests can connect up to three devices for the cost of $9.95 for 24 hours.

Do you have a swimming pool/gym?
Yes, all guests may access the indoor saline pool and a state-of-the-art fitness center located on the 5th floor.

What are the dining options in the hotel?
We offer several on-property Boston Back Bay restaurants.   

• Side Bar and Grille is open daily for lunch, dinner and cocktails
• Café Apropos is open daily for breakfast
• Starbucks is open daily for a great cup of coffee

Do you have free breakfast?
Breakfast is not included in most room rates. Café Apropos offers a full American Breakfast and buffet. Located on the lobby level, Café Apropos is open Monday-Saturday from 6:30am -11:15am and Sunday from 7am -12pm.  

Can I have something sent to the hotel before I arrive?  
All incoming packages and faxes are handled through our business center, FedEx, which is located on our Plaza level. Handling fees apply to all incoming and outgoing items. For fee information please visit Sheraton Boston shipping

How do I get to the Sheraton Boston Hotel from Logan Airport? 
You can take a taxi, public transportation or the GoBoston shuttle, our Boston hotel airport shuttle. Please visit Sheraton Boston directions for detailed instructions on how to navigate to our hotel.

Do you offer free shuttle from Logan Airport?
No, we recommend the GoBoston shuttle, our Boston hotel airport shuttle, for transportation from the Boston Logan Airport for $17 per person. Advance reservations are required and can be made by calling 888-437-4379.

Do you have a free hotel shuttle to places in the city ?
Although we do not offer a free shuttle around the city, tickets for Old Towne Trolley Tours are available.  See our Concierge staff for more information. 

Where is the nearest subway station to the Sheraton Boston Hotel?
The two nearest subway stations are the Green Line stations of Prudential station and Hynes Convention Center station. For a detailed map of the MBTA "T" and directions to points of interest around the city visit Boston public transportation map.

How much does it cost to park at the hotel?
Sheraton Boston parking is available for $46 per night until 2pm on the day of checkout. This valet parking fee includes in and out privileges. The Sheraton Boston offers overnight valet parking for $46.00 per night with in and out privileges.  The hotel also offers parking at the Prudential Center for $39.00 but does not have in and out privileges.    

Guests can also park at the Prudential Center Garage for $39 for each 24 hour period. Please note that payment for this parking is separate from the hotel and you will be expected to pay each time you exit the garage. 

What is the clearance on your garage/valet parking?
The clearance in our garage is 6 feet. Our valet offers to take oversize vehicles on a space available basis; the rate for oversized vehicles is $88 per night.

What is good to do with children in Boston?
Boston has many great places and things to explore with children. We suggest going to the Boston Children’s Museum, exploring the Museum of Science, taking a Boston Duck Tour, seeing the penguins at The New England Aquarium, taking a ride on the Codzilla, walking to Fenway Park, riding a Swan Boat (seasonal), shopping at Faneuil Hall or heading over to the Skywalk at Prudential Center. 

Where can I go running nearby the hotel?
There are several routes around the beautiful Charles River.  There is the option of a brisk 3.5 mile run or an extended 6 mile run. 

The hotel offers a complimentary program called Core Performance from April through October.  It is a medium paced, 3.5 mile run along the Charles River.  We meet at 6:30 am in the lobby every Tuesday and Thursday.  The run takes about 35-45 minutes. 

What can I do within walking distance of the hotel?
The Back Bay neighborhood has long been one of the most exciting parts of town, and home to plenty of things to do in Boston. You have the option to take a walk down Newbury Street for shopping and dining, attend a concert at the gorgeous Symphony Hall, watch a Red Sox game at the historic Fenway Park or take a walk through the Boston Public Garden and Boston Common.

Faneuil Hall is located about two miles from our hotel. It is easily accessible by subway and taxi cab.  Faneuil Hall is known for its historic restaurants, including the famous Cheers, as well as the beginning of the Freedom Trail Tour. 

How far is the closest shopping mall?
The Sheraton Boston features an indoor connection to Shops at the Prudential Center and Mall at Copley Place.  The retail stores range from Express to Louis Vuitton.  We are also two blocks from Newbury Street where you can enjoy more shopping and dining. For more information:

How far are you from Fenway Park? 
The Sheraton Boston Hotel is conveniently located in the backyard of the famous Green Monster. We are about a five to ten minute walk to Fenway Park.
